The
Cerebral Palsy Network is proud to announce our own webring!
So often, parents or individuals
with Cerebral Palsy feel alone or isolated. Our purpose and goal with The Cerebral Palsy
Network Web Ring is to unite sites and offer the best of the disability web to the world.
Whether you have a home page about your child or are a organization whom offers help and
resources you are welcome to join our webring.
However we have a few guidelines we request be upheld in
order to do so:
- Your site is family oriented and G
rated.
- It must NOT contain nudity, profane
language, racist or prejudicial material, derogatory language or pictures, or anything of
that fashion.
- It must be related to disability
awareness in some way.
- If you agree to these regulations
please Submit Your Site
!
CPN reserves the
right to remove any site (with no notification or warning) from the ring if it fails to
comply with these regulations. Let's keep our ring clean, it reflects on all of us! :)
CPN has created this web ring in order to unite sites that promote the hopes for brighter
futures for children and adults with special needs and disability awareness.
Instructions for joining:
To join, simply fill out the form on
the next page. You will then be placed in the queue (waiting area) until CPN visit your
site to approve it of entry. An email will be sent to you with the correct HTML code to be
placed on your page. If this code has not been sent to you within a few minutes of adding
your site, see the Options section below. After the HTML code is placed on your site and
you have emailed me to let me know, CPN will visit your site to approve it of entry. Once
done, you will receive email stating that you officially belong to the The Cerebral Palsy
Network Web Ring! *Please note* that CPN will not add you to the ring until the proper
HTML code is placed on your site with easy access to it, to maintain ring integrity. So
when you email CPN that you have placed the ring on your site please give a URL for us to
find the webring. =0)
Thank you so much for your support! Questions, please ask!
Member Options:
If at any time you need (or want) to edit your site, please
feel free to do so. This option allows you to edit your site information, change your
password, and view your personalized HTML fragment.
Recently when members have been trying to join our ring they do not receive the customized
HTML fragment that is normally e-mailed within the next few minutes of adding the site to
the ring. If this happens to you, please visit the queue(waiting area) to see if your
information has been added. If it has, please go into edit and copy your HTML
fragment and place it on your site. After you have placed it on your site, please email
CPN to let us know! This saves CPN from having to visit your site daily (or more often)
searching for the ring code on your page in order to add you. Thank you for your
cooperation!
AOL Users: You may run into some problems with the HTML coding and may need CPN to send
you the coding using Microsoft Notepad. There seems to be a conflict with some AOL
editors. Please email me if you have any difficulty!
Below is how the web ring will look on your site: *note* please use this ring below to
continue on your journey
